Victoria Morbey
CO-FOUNDER BEN’S YARD
Victoria Morbey is the visionary co-founder, alongside her husband, Alastair, of Ben’s Yard, an independent retail village nestled within the beautifully landscaped Stuntney Estate near Ely, Cambridgeshire.
A mother of four, Victoria drew inspiration from the demands and joys of family life. Noticing a lack of nurturing, inclusive and beautifully designed local spaces, she and Alastair envisaged somewhere that blended practicality with a welcoming, memorable experience - “a place where even a baby who plastered the floor with spaghetti would be waved off with a smile”.
Victoria emphasises the ethos behind Ben’s Yard: supporting family businesses and championing independent retailers in a communal environment.
