How it all started
The Rising Tide Collective was born in 2023 not from a business plan, but from a feeling.
A sense that something was missing, a desire for deeper connection and a knowing that there had to be a better way to do “networking”.
Today, The Rising Tide Collective is a growing community of women in business, entrepreneurs, creatives, founders and freelancers coming together across East Hertfordshire, Essex and Cambridgeshire to connect, grow and rise together.
Meet the founder
Hi! I’m Sinem, the heart, mind and soul (aka the founder) of The Rising Tide Collective.
When I’m not planning or hosting RTC events, you’ll find me coaching ambitious women to grow their business or career with more clarity, confidence and the kind of momentum that actually gets results, faster.
Outside of all that?
I’m a busy mama of two, a salad addict, a keen yogi and a nature lover… Oh, and I also have two birthdays! (Happy to share the story. Just remember to ask me next time you see me!)
It means the world to share this space and this beautiful journey with you all.
