There are some conversations you just can't have with your partner, your friends and your family.

If you’ve ever felt lonely running your own business, or struggled to find a community of women who truly understand what building one is like… welcome to The Rising Tide Collective.

Our monthly Walk & Talks take the same women and conversations you'll find at our other Rising Tide events, this time walking through the countryside around Newhall. You’ll meet women from across Hertfordshire, Essex and Cambridgeshire, not just the local area.

The morning is relaxed and free-flowing. As we walk, you'll naturally move between different conversations and meet women at all stages of business, from those building something new to others running established companies.

What they have in common is ambition, generosity and a genuine desire to see other women succeed.

Here’s a little peek at the morning with approximate timings:

  • 9:30 am – Meet at New Ground Café, grab your first drink (on us) and get to know everyone.

  • 10:00 am – Head out for a 45–60 minute walk with plenty of time to walk, talk and get to know different women along the way.

  • 11:00 am – Arrive back at New Ground Café. Stay for another drink, something to eat and a longer chat, or head off and get on with the rest of your day.
